One of the most important factors of Freemasonry is that joining, is a choice and has to be made of your own volition, without pressure from friends, family or colleagues.

Despite the misconceptions, nobody should seek to enter Freemasonry under the illusion there is any gains to be made, either materially or socially.     

 

It is imprtant to do your research - read about us, perhaps come along to one of our open social events and see if we are the right potential fit for you.  Freemasonry is a commitment, albeit a fun and rewarding one, so you need to know you've found the right Lodge for you.  And, in the unlikely event Petersham Lodge isn't your potential home, we can still help steer you in the right direction either through Province (Surrey) or through our associations with other Lodges.
